<div class="paragraph" style="text-align:justify;">As someone who makes a living out of writing things, we could be here a while, but I'll spare you the life story.  I will make just one point:<br /><br />Although I have a journalism degree (NCTJ accredited no less) and an entire website dedicated towards my writing work; I consider my most important experience to be the years where I did no commercial writing whatsoever. Among other things I've been an international DJ, property dealmaker, PR man and head of my own ill-fated event-catering business.<br /><br />Why is this relevant?<br /><br />Because it has helped me understand people and it has helped me understand business. If you want your content to actually mean something, you'll need these skills.<br /><br />End of sermon.</div>
